By accessing or using the HenovaFresh platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of Service
HenovaFresh provides fresh beverage dispensing through smart vending machines. You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse, hack, or interfere with our machines or platform.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be 16 or over to create an account.
Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of VAT. Payment is processed securely at point of purchase. Orders are non-transferable.
Refunds
If a machine fails to dispense your order after successful payment, contact us within 24 hours for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology on the HenovaFresh platform is owned by HenovaFresh Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
HenovaFresh is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
